Free Notion Template - Astonish the World

Hey,

I've been working behind the scenes on some notion templates as an MVP to what will most likely be an application for Energy Management, Personal Energy Management, that is.

As when we talk about things such as Maximisation, Channeling, Orientation, Passion, Flow, Duties, these are all concepts that we may, or may not relate back to Energy, because it is something akin to the most fundamental principle.

So if we can manage our energy in terms of attention, information structures, frequency, inputs, and outputs, we are effectively managing all that we can control, as taught in philosophies such as stoicism.

So my journey is learning about consciousness as a quality and quantifiable chakras that are directly measurable with technology and real techniques to transform our identity over time. Has lead me to believe we are all capable of consciousness evolution, energy maturation, and an ability to further fill our soul desires to self-actualise more each day.

So I present to you Energy Management 101:

• Containing full project, goal, and priority management

• "Astonish the World Template" with all the virtue and purpose incentivised systems to lead to make the highest leverage actions today.

• Multiple tools to track your finaces, attention, actions, and current modifications to your habits.

• You will learn much about the technology and tools used to expand your perception and simplify self-mastery.

• You will have access to mental models that will give you the room to start building systems and gain a sense of clarity.
